IMPORTANTE
1) Durante la celebracion de este Circuito, se otorgara un (1)
CACP al vencedor Macho y vencedor Hembra. Dos(2)
CACP son necesarios para el titulo nacional en un circuito
Internacional.
2) Para el titulo de Campeon Joven Puerto Rico es necesario
obtener 2 CACJ durante un circuito Internacional. Se
otorgara un CACJ al mejor macho y mejor hembra en
tal categoria
3) Solo aquellos ejemplares que hayan obtenido el CACP
cualifican para la atribucion del CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB. La
edad minima es quince (15) meses de edad. Los
ganadores del CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB cualifican para los
titulos Internacional de Belleza de la FCI, Sicalam y
Campeonato Panamericano. Cuatro (4) CACIB/CACLAB/
CACPB, bajo cuatro jueces diferentes son necesarios para
convertirse en Campeon. La confirmacion de cada entidad
es necesaria. Se requiere copia del certificado de
Propiedad y Pedigri del ejemplar para la homologacion del
titulo.
4) Solo las categorias de Intermedia, Abierta, Trabajo y
Campeon, cualifican al ejemplar para los certificados
internacionales. Las clases oficiales que no optan por los
certificados internacionales son: Cachorro, Joven y
Veterano. Recuerde que solo se permite inscribir al
ejemplar en UNA categoria en el Circuito.
5) La homologacion del CACP, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB, sera
oficial, cuando la informacion suministrada este completa
y exacta. Cada persona debe llenar con claridad y
exactitud la planilla. En caso de errores en el catalogo de
participacion, el expositor debe de informarlo a la mesa
de la Superintendencia. Si al momento de hacer el informe
a la FCI para la homologacion de los CACIB, los
documentos de cada ejemplar no estan en orden, estos
NO seran informados, perdiendo en el futuro de hacer
cualquier tipo de reclamacion.
6) Toda informacion suministrada por el expositor es
considerada BONA FIDE. Ejemplares inscritos

incorrectamente en la clase, puede resultar en la
cancelacion de inscripcion para el Circuito y los premios
otorgados pueden ser retirados.
MEDIDAS SANITARIAS
Expositores del extranjero, deben traer certificado de salud
que indique que no provienen de un area en cuarentena por
rabia y que no tenga mas de treinta dias al comienzo del
circuito. Puerto Rico es considerado como territorio de la
nacion Norte Americana y las mismas leyes aplican. La
vacuna contra la rabia no debe tener mas de seis (6) meses
de emitida al momento de salir de su pais. Copia del
certificado de salud, debe estar siempre con el expositor
durante el evento. Fotocopia es importante para el regreso a
su pais.
HORARIO
El proceso de juzgamiento esta programado a comenzar:
Jueves a las 5:00PM, Viernes a las 5:00PM; el sabado y el
domingo a las diez (10AM) de la manana, verificado una vez
el cierre de inscripciones. Las facilidades estaran abiertas 2
horas antes del comienzo de la actividad. Estacionamiento
estara disponible en los horarios establecidos por el
encargado. Habra un cargo por estacionamiento por parte del
complejo deportivo. La entrada al evento es gratis.
RESPONSABILIDADES
La FCPR no se hara responsable por robos, perdidas o danos
a perros(as) o por danos ocasionados a objetos en las
habitaciones de los hoteles/moteles y/o en las facilidades de
la exposicion. Todo expositor sera responsable de los danos
que pueda ocasionar su perro(a). El Comite de Exposicion
puede rehusar recibir las inscripciones sin dar explicacion de
motivo. El Comite de Exposicion podra resolver cualquier
situacion que no este mencionada en las regulaciones de la
exposicion. El Comite de Exposicion se reserva el derecho de
admision, de posponer o cancelar el Circuito Canino. Bajo
ninguna circunstancia la FCPR devolvera las cuotas de
inscripcion despues de la fecha del cierre de

inscripciones. Todos los participantes deberan seguir el
Reglamento de Exposiciones de la FCI y FCPR asi como el
reglamento de conducta y comportamiento de actividades
oficiales de la FCPR.
EXPLICACION DE LAS CLASES Y COSTOS.
1- Cachorro de 3 a 6 meses al dia del Circuito. No CAC,
CACIB/CACLAB/ CACPB/BOB. El Mejor Cachorro de la
Raza competira para Mejor Cachorro de Exposicion
cada dia.
2- Cachorro de 6 a 9 meses al dia del Circuito. No CAC,
CACIB/CACLAB/ CACPB/BOB. El Mejor Cachorro de la
Raza competira para Mejor Cachorro de Exposicion
cada dia.
3- Joven. Perros entre las edades de 9 a 18 meses de edad.
No CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB para esta clase, compiten
para Mejor de la Raza. Ganador Joven de Raza compite
para Mejor Perro Joven de Exposicion de cada dia. Dos
(2)CACJ son necesarios para el titulo de CAMPEON
JOVEN DE PUERTO RICO, en un circuito Internacional.
4- Intermedia. Perros entre las edades de 15 a 24 meses de
edad. Compiten para el CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB y
Mejor de la Raza.
5- Abierta. Perros sobre 15 meses de edad al primer dia del
Circuito. Compiten para el CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB y
Mejor de la Raza.
6- Trabajo. Perros sobre 15 meses de edad al primer dia del
Circuito. Compiten para el CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB y
Mejor de la Raza. Debe acompanar certificado de la
prueba de trabajo. (solo razas de trabajo)
7- Campeon. Perros que tienen titulo de campeon de un pais
miembro de la FCI. Compiten para el CAC, CACIB/
CACLAB/CACPB y Mejor de la Raza. Deben acompanar
copia del certificado.
8- Veterano. Edad minima del perro son 8 anos. Esta clase
no lo hace elegible para el CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB
pero compite para el Mejor de la Raza. Categoria compite
ademas para Mejor Veterano de Exposicion cada dia.

9- Pareja. Dos (2) ejemplares de la misma raza y dueno pero
diferente sexo. Deben estar inscritos en las clases
regulares de este Circuito. Categoria compite solo el
sabado y domingo para Mejor Pareja de Exhibicion.
10-Crianza Compiten un minimo de tres y maximo de cinco
ejemplares, criados por la misma persona (aunque esta no
sea el propietario). Deben estar inscritos en las clases
regulares de este Circuito. Compite sabado y domingo.
11-Progenie Compiten un macho o una hembra
acompanado por un minimo de tres y maximo de cinco
descendientes directos. Deben estar inscritos en las clases
regulares de este Circuito. Compite sabado y domingo.
AVISO IMPORTANTE:
1- Los certificados de CAC, CACIB, CACLAB & CACPB seran
otorgados al seleccionar el macho vencedor y la hembra
vencedora. El Mejor Joven macho y la Mejor Joven hembra, el
Mejor Veterano Macho y la Mejor Veterana Hembra
competiran para el Mejor de la Raza y la Reserva de la Raza.
(Los certificados no seran homologados si no ha
entregado copia oficial de un Pedigri de tres (3)
generaciones de un pais reconocido o miembro de la FCI.
Una cuota de $15.00 sera requerida para la revalidacion
de sus documentos. Si usted ya efectuo o realizo la
revalidacion, entonces la cuota no sera requerida).
A los usuarios de Tarjeta de Credito, habra un cargo
adicional de $5.00 por cada ejemplar inscrito, a su Tarjeta de
Credito. NO se entregara el brazalete si el pago no ha sido

SEGURIDAD: Para esta exposicion habra personal de
seguridad durante las horas de la exposicion. La FCPR no se

„« Sera requerido por reglamento, que el ejemplar que
presente el Joven Manejador, este inscrito en la
competencia regular. No tiene que ser de su propiedad.

homologados por cada institucion.

ENGLISH SECTION
Important
1) During the FCI Circuit, one (1) CACP will be awarded to
the winner dog and winner bitch from the following
classes: Intermediate, Open, Working and Champion
Classes.
2) Only those dogs that have obtained the CACP are
considered for the attribution of the CACIB/CACLAB/
CACPB. The winner (each sex) should be 15 months or
older to be eligible for the CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB
certificates. Only the winner of the CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB
will be eligible for the titles of International, Latin
American & Panamerican Champions. Four (4) CACIB/
CACLAB/CACPB are necessary to become a Champion.
3) The classes of individual competition are PUPPY, JUNIOR,
INTERMEDIATE, OPEN, WORKING and CHAMPION classes.
Enrollment is allowed in only one individual class.
4) The Puerto Rico Young Title will be awarded during the
International Circuit with only 2 CACJ with qualification of
Excellent.
5) The homologation of the CACP, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB
can only be made if the information about the dog is
complete and exact. Exhibitors are therefore asked to fill
in the enrollment form with accuracy. Failing to fulfill all
necessary documentation, may result in cancellation of
the ¡§certificate¡¨.
6) In case of any mistakes in the catalogue, the exhibitor is
requested to inform the Secretariat on the day of the
show.
7) All information provided by the exhibitors is considered
BONA FIDE information. Dogs incorrectly entered in any
class will result in cancellation of entry and all prizes
unduly obtained will be suspended. Sanctions are
provided by the regulations.

Sanitary Measures:
1) To foreign exhibitors ¡V The dog¡¦s health certificate
shall
state that the animals do not originate from an area
quarantined for rabies. Dogs coming from USA must note
that Puerto Rico is considered a State of the Union. All
dogs more than six (6) months of age shall be vaccinated
against rabies within 6 months prior to the date of
shipment, and shall be identified with proper
identification tags and accompanied by a health certificate
including rabies. Health certificate, if necessary, will be
provided for the return trip, by a local veterinary, at
exhibitor¡¦s cost.
2) All exhibitors should have in their possession at all times
the health certificate of his/her dog(s).
Schedule
1) Will begin on Thursday at 5:00PM. Friday at 5:00p.m.
and Saturday and Sunday at 10:00am, unless
otherwise specified after the closing of entries.
Exhibitors with dogs and equipment will be allowed in the
premises two (2) hours before the mentioned hour. We
encourage exhibitors to remain at the show grounds with
their dogs until the end of the show as a courtesy to the
visitors. Parking Systems Company may charge a fee at
the entrance per car.
2) CACP points proposed at this Circuit are valid for
obtaining the National Championship title insofar as they
are approved by the FCPR.

Responsibilities
1) The FCPR cannot be held responsible in any way for the
theft, loss or damage on dogs or for damage caused to
objects in the rooms at the hotels/motels and/or the
show grounds. Every exhibitor is responsible for any
damage that may be caused by his/her dog(s). The
Organizing Committee can refuse enrollments without
stating reasons. The Organizing Committee will resolve
cases not listed in the show regulations. The Committee
reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Circuit. By no
means will the Organizing Committee return
enrollment fees after the closing of entries.
Explanation of Classes:
1. Puppy 3 to 6 months on the first day of the Circuit: NO
CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB/BOB. Best puppy of the
breed will compete for Best Puppy in Show each day.
2. Puppy 6 to 9 months on the first day of the Circuit: NO
CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB/BOB. Best puppy of the
breed will compete for Best Puppy in Show each day.
3. Junior Class: dogs between 9 to 18 months on the first
day of the Circuit. NO CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB points
for this class, but can compete for BOB. The Best Junior
dog of breed can also compete in Best Junior Dog in Show
each day. Two (2) CACJ are necessary to become a Puerto
Rico Junior Champion during an International circuit.
4. Intermediate Class: dogs between 15 to 24 months of
age will compete for CAC, CACIB, CACLAB/CACPB & BOB.
5. Open Class: dogs over 15 months of age on the first day
of the Circuit. Compete for CAC, CACIB, CACLAB/CACPB &
BOB.
6. Working Class: Dogs older than 15 months of age on the
first day of the Circuit. Title Certificate must accompany
entry. Compete for CAC, CACIB, CACLAB/CACPB & BOB.
(Only Working Breeds)
7. Champion Class: for dogs from an FCI or recognized
country. Compete for CAC, CACIB, CACLAB, CACPB & BOB.
8. Veteran Class: Minimum age is 8 years. This class is not
eligible for CACP/CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB points and can

compete for Best of Breed. The Best Veteran Dog of breed
can also compete in Best Veteran Dog in Show each day.
9. Couple Class: Two (2) dogs from the same breed and
owner, different sex. Must be entered in a regular class
during this Circuit. Saturday and Sunday for Best Couple
in Show.
10.Breeders Class: a minimum of three (3) dogs and a
maximum of five (5) dogs, bred by the same person. This
person doesn¡¦t need to be the owner. All dogs must be
entered in a regular class during this Circuit. Saturday and
Sunday, for Best Breeding Class in Show.
11.Progeny Class: A dog or a bitch competing with a
minimum of three (3) dogs and a maximum of (5) off
springs. All dogs must be entered in a regular class
during Circuit. Saturday and Sunday, for Best Progeny
Class in Show.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
1- CACP, CACIB, CACLAB and CACPB will be awarded at the
winner dog and winner bitch levels. Best Junior Dog & Bitch
and Best Veteran Dog & Bitch will compete for Best of Breed
and Reserve Best of Breed. Certificates will not be granted
until an official three-generation pedigree is submitted. A
fee of $15.00 per dog/entry will be charged for the
revalidation of papers of a dog. If your dog already has an
FCPR number, you do not have to pay the revalidation fee.
2- Two (2) CACJ in the Young class will be offered in this
Circuit per sex to become a Young Puerto Rican
Champion.
ELECTRONIC entries will be accepted, but confirmation
with FCPR is a must and should be accompanied by a
CREDIT CARD
All Fax Entries must be accompanied by a CREDIT CARD
payment. VISA and MASTERCARD accepted.
Postdated checks will be charge $5.00 fee.
OBEDIENCE COMPETITION
Obedience trials will be offered only on SATURDAY & SUNDAY
It is necessary to present papers of breed authenticity and an
official three-generation Pedigree in order to be eligible to
compete in regular classes. A fee of $15.00 will be charged

for revalidation of papers for a new dog. If your dog already
has an FCPR number, you do not have to pay the revalidation
fee. Exhibitors must fill out the entry form, informing the
category and days on which the dog will be competing. The
CDX title will not be granted until the CD has been
completed. Three (3) legs are necessary to obtain a Puerto

PRCDX title will compete in the category of Highest Score
Excellence. INDIVIDUAL COST PER LEG PER DAY: $30.00.
COST FOR THE CIRCUIT: $50.00
AT THIS SHOW: Sub-Novice CLASS competitors must send
their entries on or before the closing of entries. A fee of
$15.00 will be charged for revalidation of papers for a new
dog. COST PER LEG PER DAY: $20.00. COST FOR THE
CIRCUIT: $35.00
INTERNATIONAL JUNIOR HANDLER COMPETITION
¡E For children and youngsters from 7 to 17 years old:
¡E Three categories:
1- Group A (unofficial category), under 6 years old.
2- Group B (unofficial category), from 6 to 10 years
old.
3- Group C (Official Category), from 10 to 17 years
old.
¡E The dogs presented in Junior Showmanship Competition,
must also be entered in a regular class in this Circuit. The
Junior presenting a dog might not be the owner. No
changes of dogs will be accepted after the closing of
entries.
¡E Registration in the space provided in the enrollment form
must clearly state date of birth of the exhibitor on the
first day of competition. The Organizing Committee, for
completion of FCPR records, can solicit a birth certificate.

1. A health certificate issued within 30 days of the first day
of the Circuit.
2. Certificate of vaccination against RABIES (can be included
in the health certificate). Animals introduced to the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall be accompanied by
health certificate issued within 30 days of the day of travel
and the certificate shall contain:
. An accurate description of the animal, age, sex, breed,
tattoos and destination
. Date of vaccination and vaccines used
. The name and address of the consignee, consignor,
origin and destination
. A statement that the animals are free from symptoms
of infectious, contagious or communicable disease and
exposure thereto
. A statement that the animal does not originate in area
quarantined for rabies
. Evidence that the animal was vaccinated against rabies
within six (6) months prior to the date of shipment
TITLES AND PRIZES
1. Puerto Rico Champion title for the winner dog and bitch
with 2 CACP¡¦s with qualification of EXCELLENT
2. International, Latin-American Champion and Panamerican
Champion. Four (4) points are necessary to become a
Champion, certified by the main institution.
3. Grand Puerto Rico Champion. 4 GCACP, 2 champions in
competitions, only one per breed.(BOB)
4- Two (2) CACJ in the young class will be offered in this
Circuit per sex to become a Young Puerto Rican Champion.

CRIANZACompiten un minimo de tres y maximo de cinco
ejemplares, criados por la misma persona (aunque esta no sea
el propietario). Deben estar inscritos en las clases regulares de
este Circuito.
PROGENIE Compiten un macho o una hembra acompanado
por un minimo de tres y maximo de cinco descendientes
directos. Deben estar inscritos en las clases regulares de este Circuito.
MEJOR EJEMPLAR NACIDO EN PUERTO RICO Compiten ejemplares
nacidos EN CAMADAS REGISTRADAS en la FCPR. Deben de estar inscritos
en las clases regulares de este circuito. Esta competencia se realizara antes
de los grupos. Entraran a competencia todos los ejemplares inscritos.
CATEGORIES - $15.00 each for 2 days (Saturday & Sunday)
Couple Class Two (2) dogs from the same breed and owner, different sex.
Must be entered in a regular class during this Circuit.
Breeders Class a minimum of three (3) dogs and a maximum of five
(5) dogs, bred by the same person. This person doesn¡¦t need to
be the
owner. All dogs must be entered in a regular class during this Circuit.
Progeny Class A dog or a bitch competing with a minimum of three (3)
dogs and a maximum of (5) off springs. All dogs must be entered in
a regular class during Circuit
BEST PUERTO RICAN BRED Only Puerto Rican bred dogs coming from
a registered FCPR litter. Dogs must be entered in a regular class during circuit.
